Terms of Rental

Reservations: All reservations are based on a vehicle category and not a certain car model. In case of no availability for a confirmed reservation, the company reserves the right to offer a vehicle of higher category to the customer with no extra charge.

Driver: Minimum age is 23 years of age. 

Drivers’ License: The Driver is required to have and display a valid Drivers’ License issued at least a year ago. Citizens of Non-EU countries are required to have a valid international Drivers’ License along with their regular Drivers’ License. 

Traffic Violations – Fines: Traffic violations and fines are bore by the Renter.

Means of Payment: The Renter is required to provide a personal credit card with sufficient balance to guarantee the rental even if the payment is made in cash. The Company reserves the right to preauthorise the amount of the customer’s insurance excess from his/her credit card to cover the rental guarantee. The amount is released by the company after the vehicle is returned and checked, provided that no extra charges (due to damage, fuel difference, traffic violation e.t.c) have been incurred. The rent is prepaid.

After Hours Deliveries – Collections : Charged with 20€+VAT

Out of Station Deliveries – Collections: Deliveries and Collections are On-Request. The extra charge within city limits is 25€ (VAT included) . For Deliveries – Collections outside of the city, the extra charge is 36€(VAT included) as well as 0,50+VAT per klm. 

Additional Driver: The First Additional Driver is Free Of Charge 

Child Seat: The extra charge for a Child / Baby seat is 5€/day with a maximum charge of 50 euros and the availability is upon request.

Fuel: The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refunds are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when collected.

Accident: In case of an Accident the Renter is obliged to inform the company as well as the police and present the Police Accident Report to the station upon return of the vehicle to the station. In case of an Accident caused by the Renter, the Renter will be charged with 25€ Administrative fees. 

Insurances: Our vehicles are insured against third party damages excluding a) Driver and passengers b) our vehicle itself. 

CDW – Collission Damage Waiver: The Renter is covered for any damage to the rented vehicle with excess: Ranging from 700€ + VAT for the smallest available car categories, ranging up to 1250 € + VAT for the biggest available categories. Required Prerequisite, driving compliance to the traffic code. No insurance covers tires & wheels damages, damages underneath the vehicle, interior damages, loss of key as well as loss / theft of personal items.

SCDW – Super Collission Damage Waiver: The Renter is covered for any damage to the rented vehicle with an excess : Ranging from 350€ + VAT for the smallest car categories available, ranging up to 625 € + VAT for the biggest available categories, provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the contract and is charged 6€ , for every rental day for the smallest car categories available ranging up to 12 € for every rental dayfor the biggest available car categories. Required Prerequisite, driving compliance to the traffic code. No insurance covers tires & wheels damages, damages underneath the vehicle, interior damages, loss of key as well as loss / theft of personal items.

FDW – Full Damage Waiver: The Renter can be fully covered (with zero excess) in case of car damage provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the rental agreement and is charged: • from 12€ for every rental day for the smallest available car categories, ranging up to 24€ for every rental day for the biggest available car categories.   Required Required Prerequisite, driving compliance to the traffic code. No insurance covers tires & wheels damages, damages underneath the vehicle, interior damages, loss of key as well as loss / theft of personal items.

WUG: Wheels, Underside and Glass Cover: The renter can be covered for any damage to the vehicle wheels, underside or glass provided that he accepts and signs the relevant terms of the rental agreement and is charged: • from 10€ for every rental day for the smallest available car categories, ranging up to 15€ for every rental day for the biggest available car categories

THW-Theft Waiver: The renter is covered in case of theft with an excess: Ranging from 700€ + VAT for the smallest available car categories, ranging up to 1250 € + VAT for the biggest available categories.

Required Prerequisite, Proof of Non – Negligence (e.g. car left unlocked, return of the key to the station & police report).

Driving Abroad: Not allowed. 

Transfer by Ferry boat: Allowed only after prior written consent by the company and under special conditions.

Road Assistance: Company’s Cars are covered with 24hrs Road Assistance. Contact details will be provided to you at the station.
